I went to this garage for my MOT via RAC. This is my first time using their service. The guy sitting by the reception ( I didn’t ask his name, but guessing how he present himself and talked to his team, I think he is the owner or the manager, definitely not just a good receptionist!) gave me a friendly welcome. I went in yesterday after having gone to two other garages where they were rude to me. These guys were absolutely lovely and came out and spoke to me straight away with a smile. My bonnet wasn't shutting properly and they were able to fix it there and then to make it driveable and didn't even want any money for doing so. Of course I paid them anyway but I was just blown away by what a great service they provided compared to the other two garages (who are around the corner without mentioning any names). Will 100% be back. So hard to find good mechanics that don't treat you like an idiot. Made my nightmare Monday so much more pleasant.
