Took my Fiesta in for its first MOT, appointment booked by phone which was answered promptly and nice chatty guy on phone who booked appointment for me. Was asked to deliver car at 8am which I did and met by guy who said it would be done immediately and would take around 40 minutes, invited to wait or come back. I decided to go to the Costa Coffee in the Clock Tower retail park which was a 5 minute walk away. Returned in 45 minutes and car was ready and had passed with no advisories, charged £48. Good service and the guy who greeted me had a cheery chat, overall very happy with the service. Thank you! 😊
Managed to fit me in same day for a bike MOT. Very honest and nice people to deal with. Will have to start taking my car there as well.
Absolutely superb service received from Nook today. Fitted front brakes and pads and diagnosed that front right caliper needed replacement too. All done in good time and price was fantastic.... so good to have discovered a local garage with great service and honest pricing. Will definitely use again for service and repairs. Highly recommended!
I had my car serviced, with new brake pads and then the MOT. I received a fantastic service, on time, on the money. Owen was a star and so helpful and polite. This will be my go to garage in the future. Thank you so much.
