Great customer service at sensible prices. They have access to all the German digital portals so your vehicle will maintain its value. I always take our cars for a reasonable post purchase check, and they have saved us a couple of dodgy purchases over the years.
Went in for an interim service and an MOT for the first time. The receptionist was really friendly and accommodating. and the car drives noticeably smoother! If i was being picky- I understand it was only an interim service so it’s very minor but would have appreciated a slightly more in depth overview of the advisories and any other areas of attention (for example, if there was or wasn’t any timing chain noise) from the mechanic including rough quotes and when they are likely due for replacement. However that being said, I was still very happy with the services provided. Will be visiting again for my next service.
I've got nothing but high praise for PMW. I had my mercedes, with an electrical fault, booked in as mercedes would only change the whole wiring loom. PMW found the fault and fixed it for £9K less than mercedes quoted. Absolute life savers. Daniel was incredible and the communication was brilliant, I knew exactly where we were at every step. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.
Great service. Checked my car over after main dealer told me it needed urgent work. Turns out it isn’t nearly so urgent. PMW had the opportunity to do the work anyway and charge me £hundreds but they were honest and didn’t even charge for the check-up
Highly recommended for everyone !!! It's a great service worth it every single penny. After 3 years in four different garages, they fixed my Audi in the 2 weeks time. Many thanks guys 👍🏻
