Life savers. I recently drove through the ford (river crossing) down the road and tore the bottom plastic bumper off the front of my car. I needed to remove it so I could keep driving. I couldn't do it myself (despite trying). They offered to take a look straight after they finished another MOT. I waited about 15 minutes and they removed it for free. I asked if I could pay something for the trouble but they refused. Honestly couldn't have broken down in front of a nicer garage. Thanks again. I really appreciated your help :)
Have had nothing but good experiences with Wood Automotive, after initially going when ripped off elsewhere. It's lovely to walk into a garage and not feel they are out to sting you for unnecessary work. And a pleasure to be able to give work to a family run business as opposed to a chain (and with plenty of women in charge too!)
