An excellent job so professional, well done and will definitely recommend to others I know who need work done!
I had damaged one of my diamond cut alloy wheels and took it to this company to have it fixed. I took the car in on a Monday they fitted my spare wheel and I left my wheel there. On Wednesday I called to collect and the wheel was put back on my car and you would know I had ever damaged it. The gentleman who looked after me was very helpful and gave excellent service. I would highly recommend.
ESR fixed the damaged back bumper and also the scratched alloy wheel of my car perfectly at a reasonable price. They are efficient and well communicated. Highly recommend.

First Class!!! We were pointed towards ESR by Rates Ford in Galleywood (who have also be brilliant). I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’ve damaged your pride and joy and need it looking like new again, or just need some upgrades - this is the place to go. Ben, who assessed the car, knew exactly what was needed and couldn’t have been more knowledgable, professional or helpful. Terry in the office was brilliant! Super friendly and helpful in assisting with our needs and responding to numerous phone calls for our changes of plan regarding collection of the car etc. The car came back looking amazing and we are so pleased with it along with the service we received.
