Following a disappointing encounter at my nearby Nissan service center, where I was advised to promptly replace several critical parts costing £2000, I turned to Mr. Clutch, Basingstoke for a second opinion. Brett the manager, provided clear explanations, and after an MOT, only one part needed replacement, contrary to the extensive list provided by Nissan. All of this was accomplished for just £100, a stark contrast to Nissan's £2000 estimate. I extend heartfelt gratitude to Brett and the team for alleviating my Easter holiday stress. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to everyone!

After a nightmare experience where my clutch and battery totally failed on the M3 last week I contacted Mr Clutch for help. Less than 2 days after calling Brett I have a brand new clutch and battery and a car that feels brand new. I was put in contact with Colin who was able to recover my dead vehicle from home and get it to Mr Clutch in time for the work. Brett was so friendly and helpful and kept me updated throughout. I had top quality parts fitted at an extremely reasonable price. Thank you so much Brett and team for turning my week around. . I will not hesitate to recommend you to everybody!!

Car broke down with failed clutch and was towed to Mr Clutch. Brett (manager) sorted out a quote very quickly and was very sympathetic to the fact that I didn’t live anywhere near Basingstoke and really needed my car fixed the same day. I don’t know how, but he managed to get parts and get the clutch replaced the same day. Amazing customer service hence a five star rating.

Brett and his team are professionals at their job, they do everything amazingly and very fast. I am extremely satisfied with the results of their hard work. I live in Southampton but I specifically drive to Basingstoke to get my car fixed because I believe they are the best repair service in Hampshire!
