from 199 reviews on GoogleUnfortunately our 2013 VW Transporter T5 with only 10,000 miles on the clock had a rare malfunction in the Cam belt area 😡😫😫 … I was highly recommended to Auditec by another Camper specialist … After a diagnosis from Matt at Auditec our worst fears came true 😫 we needed (and was advised) to have a new engine block 🥹 …. Lee and Martyn sat me down carefully and told me the estimated cost of £12,000 to supply and fit 😫 We had no choice as our VW Camper is our holidays/ touring machine 👍…. Matt called me into the workshop showing me and taking me (in layman’s terms) through what went wrong with the engine and advised me what the next step should be, Matt was the engineer who saw the job from stripping the old engine out and even more major parts to carry out this extensive job 🤔 it basically took Matt three days from start to finish ! Bloody amazing job by an amazing team of calm loyal friendly understanding guys 👍 couldn’t praise them enough…. Our Camper is now back on the road and purring as it did before,I will always use Auditec for ANY future work on our Camper because I trust AND like the guys who run this extremely clean workshop… please view the pictures of the extensive work that was carried out 🤔 worth EVERY penny 🤔 The first picture shows the damage to the old engine.. The other pictures are self explanatory… Top Job 👍 THANKS MATT/LEE & MARTYN … much appreciated… 🙏🙏🙏🙏
3th time I choice this garage for dsg oil and filter change at my skoda superb, top costumer services, thank You for morning coffee :), and prepare my car for Euro trip!, highly recommend
I recently had my Audi S5 in for a long list of items that needed sorting, mainly being the clutch & dual mass flywheel. Throughout the process I was kept well informed by Martyn and had multiple video updates so I could see myself what work was being done & what items needed attention. I cannot stress highly enough how professional and knowledgeable the guys are and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys for your amazing hard work and I look forward to using you for future services/maintenance.
Very good and professional to deal with. I was looked after by an employee called Ian, who looked after us superbly. Even going as far as to deal with a 3rd party warranty company who weren’t being very helpful with me but he persevered and saved me over £1000. Always on the phone, letting you know what’s happening and keeping you in the loop. 5 star.
