I had a major lack of communication with this 3rd party company however Gregg from Dukes Park Automotive Ltd made my experience 1000x better. I had constant communication with what was happening with my car, I felt listened to when I expressed concerns and for me I felt like I was made a priority where there other company didn’t. I had my car fixed and ready in a better time than expected and again along the way I was greeted with a smiley face and kindness. Thank you all so much. Don’t go through any companies for your MOT/Service, go through these guys direct.
I just came to replace all my 4 tyres and all the guys who work here have been great! As soon as I came through the door felt really looked after and knew my car was in safe hands! Was in and out within the hour and really pleased with everything! Will definitely consider Duke Park Automative for the future! Thank you!
I had issues with my BMW M1 and 4 garages said they couldn't help with the issue, and a couple even suggested I wrote my car off. These guys saved the day fixing my car for me and giving me a full diagnosis, I would recommend this garage to anyone. Top guys and no dodgy hidden fees pure professionalism thanks guys!
The customer service in this garage was above and beyond with friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and honest staff. Well worth 5 star review. Would definitely use again. Sharon
Entrusted a six-month old M440i for fitting winter tyres and very pleased with the advice I recieved and results. Realistic prices, first class service and attention to detail. A viable alternative to BMW Main Dealers.
