Paul and Jack were extremely friendly and helpful, and completely transparent, taking time to explain the issue and how they'd fix it. Reasonable price and very trustworthy, I will be using them again for both mine and my partner's cars.
I was recommended to get rite by someone I didn’t even know,my car needed a service booked my car in for a full service which was done.paul shew me an old filter which had never been changed by westdrive Braintree or two other car mechanics.the price for the full service was very reasonable. A few days after my service we were going away for the week and herd a noise like metal on metal on my return I went to get rite Paul was busy on another vehicle he left what he was doing looked at my car diagnosed the problem just bye looking at the rear wheel and said your brake pad had blown. With this Paul said let me pull the vehicle out he was working on pulled my in put it on the ramps raised it up took rear wheel off,yeah it’s the pad gone.straight on the phone order the parts and within a hour and half job was done. If I there wasn’t a delay in getting parts delivered it would have been even quicker. All I can say is thank Paul what a amazing service you and your son are a credit to your business Will recommend to everyone I know. Yours very thankfully Colin (Kia Sportage)
Paul made an absolute magic with my X5 it has several problems and he made a really professional job,more than i can imagine. Very friendly,he really cares for the people who need help and need a proper service,and really friendly price as well. Im really appreciate his job,never taking the car to stealerships. why there is no more than 5 stars? If you want your car in good hands and fast reliable service Paul is your man for the job. Had a new cambelt, water pump etc and a full service done on my car, They done a perfect job, and also a really friendly welcome, The price was great and just felt this company care, and NOT out to rip me off! I will definitely be back and recommend them to all my family and friends 👍👍👍
I had an issue with my driver door on my Bmw. The window was lower and was causing a noise when driving over 50mph. They fixed my issue in an hour and was very professional and trustworthy. The only garage I’ve been to who charge by the hour and not being ripped off. Brilliant service and cannot recommend enough. Very friendly as well 5*
