from 183 reviews on GoogleReally helpful and friendly service. I took my car in when I thought there was a problem with the air conditioning and they took the time to check it for me. I was recommended this garage by a man who works for the RAC. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
Best Garage Ever!! Have done all sorts of stuff for me, from MOT’s to bodywork, especially recently. All staff are lovely and friendly although the buggers tricked me into thinking they were unable to fit my exhaust for me, but they actually had. Will always be my number 1 garage, thanks so much for everything, Luke.
I was told by a mobile mechanic that I needed a head gasket. I called about 10 garages in the local area and was told that this would cost between £1250-£2000. I came across this garage by accident as they we a little bit further away from where I lived. I called them and they were the only people that offered me a test that shows you exactly what happened during this test. Sure, enough it came up that we needed a new HG. They said they would call me with the price. Later that day I got the call, and it was £500 cheaper than the lowest quote I got, I was so happy and booked it in. Got the van back in a in a few days all fixed with aftercare instructions. It has been perfect ever since. A week later my gearbox went on the way home from work, the AA came out and took me home. The next working day I called the garage and told them what had happened I told them the AA had said the gearbox and gone and needed replacing, Brett said let us see it first as it may not be the whole gear box. I got the AA back out and to take the van to the garage. An hour later I got a call saying its all fixed £94 all in!!!!! I couldn’t believe it, I was told it was the full gear box. I came across this garage by accident! Thank god I did they have been so good and completely honest with me and charged me what it cost to put it right.Completely trustworthy, get it done asap if you need it for work. I can’t recommend them enough. This is my new garage now for anything that needs doing.
I’ve been using Shepherds Motors for years now, they’ve gone above and beyond to get my car back on the road as soon as possible, which as a driving instructor really matters. I cannot recommend these guys more highly. Brett was working on my car late into the night, what garage does that! Thanks so much guys
