Parts are priced realistically with little mark up and the expertise is very welcomed. Very knowledgeable and I felt like I had left my car with the experts. They are now my go to for both my minis( they do other makes too by the way!!!)
Torque Monkey are a first class team. Miriam, John and Tim go the extra mile and do all they can to get you safely back on the road. They do all in their power to accommodate, even at short notice. Had the very best experience at Torque Monkey yesterday! I had an issue come up with my car that needed looking at asap but my usual/all of the surrounding garages were busy for a min of 2 weeks. The team made the time to see me whilst being incredibly busy themselves and made me feel so welcome! Miriam, Jon and Tim were all so friendly and kind to talk to (Cooper and Morgan, the resident pooches, were also lovely). Tim took the time to thoroughly explain the issue to me and really knows his stuff. I truly appreciate all the kindness I received as I'm usually super anxious when going to the mechanic. They even wavered the charge for their time which was so, so kind and I'm very grateful for that. Overall, probably the most delightful experience I've ever had at a garage and safe to say that they've gained a new patron for the future :) 100000% recommend!
100% recommend this garage. I've taken my mini here for its service and MOT, and also to have it's timing chain and battery replaced. Every time I've been the guys have been super friendly, not pushy at all and the prices are very fair!! As a woman going to garages can be very intimidating, I don't get that here at all. I'll definitely be a customer for life!
Tim is VERY knowledgeable and has an extensive background in mechanics/vehicle repair… which is apparent after seeing his work and hearing about his experiences! It was a pleasure to get to speak with Jon and Miriam as well, both very passionate about their shop and fellow vehicle enthusiasts. Thank you for making my experience such a pleasant one!
