from 27 reviews on GoogleMy ford kuga was having troubles, it kept going into limp mode while driving ,I took it to ford for diagnostic and it came up my cluster was damaged but they couldn't fix it due to being an older car ,so I was recommended this place and so glad I found them ,they took their time and found the problem I had to have a while new cluster unit put in they Mason and he's team made sure my car was working properly and was fixed and at a great price. Highly recommend CEVE outstanding service only thing I would say is sometimes they are super busy and difficult to get hold of them but would Highly recommend. Thank you all for helping me with my car much appreciated 🙏
Breakdown recovery dropped my car at the side of the road near their garage. It couldn’t roll. They fixed it up on the side of the road to then roll it to the garage to sort properly. It took a little while but they are a busy garage and it was obviously not booked in. They also helped me keep costs down with the sourcing of reconditioned parts.
Having been a London cab driver for over 20 years and using many many different garages, and living in London I find my self in Chelmsford Essex having through word of mouth hearing about CEVE and I must say personally I will Not Use Another Garage,this is special place where the all the Team are absolutely on point. I have no hesitation in recommending CEVC they are approachable,knowledgeable,Sincere and Importantly good value in times where every body knows the cost of everything and the value of nothing. My opinion use them and see for yourself
Great people. Know their EV stuff. They recently had one of our EVs in to diagnose a fault. They had it for an hour and were going to take on the fault repair but circumstances changed meaning we could get the fault repaired by the manufacturer outside of warranty at no cost. We advised City Electric Vehicle Engineering we were not in need of their services and was quite prepared to pay for the diagnostic session. They waived this. No questions. Another one of our EVs was diagnosed and repaired (electrical issues on an extremely high mileage e208). Cost to repair with OEM parts was a low price and we came away feeling we’ve found a genuine EV specialist who did not rip us off. Genuine, friendly people.
