Within the hour I had a phone call from Steer letting me know an email had been sent asking for photos. This was a Friday, I sent the email on the Saturday. On the Monday Steer phoned, booked the car in. They collected it from enterprise where I got the hire car from so didn’t need to worry about that. I received text updates, phone calls so I knew exactly what was going on. Picked it up from enterprise today where it had been dropped off, completely fixed and sparkling, much cleaner than how I left it! Car fully fixed within 2 weeks. Brilliant service and brilliant team!
First Class service and repair to my car from Steer Chelmsford. Excellent communication throughout by text and by phone. I was updated every step of the way and fantastic service from everyone whether it be on the phone or the two people that picked up the car and delivered back after repair (and free (more than decent) courtesy car)? Picked up, repaired and returned in less than a week including a weekend was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Steer.
I took my car to Steer for some repair work and have been so impressed by the service throughout. I was provided with a courtesy car and it took just over a week to complete the work due to sourcing parts, but I was kept updated frequently and when the work was completed they even offered to deliver the vehicle to me. The car looks brand new again and Steer have gone above and beyond to make it that way. I wouldn't hesitate to return to Steer and highly recommend them.
Great service pickup and return was done on time with no problems. Repair to the back are perfect no sign that any damage ever happened. Great communication all the way along. A really good service 5 stars
Superb company to work with. Excellent job on my badly damaged car and all personnel I encountered were competent, polite, friendly and did their job! Can’t praise them too much!
