Graham took me through each step of looking for a new car. He was attentive, thorough and kind. It turned out to be a marathon as I thought I had identified the perfect car prior to my visit but actually in discussion and test drives the perfect choice turned out to be an entirely different model. Throughout Graham made me a number of cups of coffee and I am delighted and excited with my choice of car
My husband and I have just picked up our new car and we are so glad we choose Eden Vauxhall Newbury to purchase it. We were greeted by a superb sales person called Lyndsey who guided us to various cars suitable for our needs and fully explained the various differences between the vehicles without any pressure put on us. Any questions we had were answered very professionally but more importantly politely her knowledge was exceptional. Once we had made our choice a demonstration drive was offered leading us to purchase the vehicle. Lyndsey arranged the purchase and trade in procedures for us explaining every detail thoroughly which made us feel very confident about the whole process and we at no time felt pressured into anything. We arranged to collect the car 3 day's later and everything again went very smoothly. It was a pleasure to meet Lyndsey and she is a great asset to your dealership and a very lovely person. We left Newbury feeling very happy and felt like we had made a new friend. This is the 3rd car that we have purchased from you and have always received a good service but this lady has surpassed any previous services we have ever received so a huge thank you Lyndsey and we wish you well in the future.
Amazing customer service from Graham from the initial phone call all the way through to collection of the new vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble and Graham was excellent at giving me time to make decisions, go for a test drive and explore all options available. Thank you for making this a very easy and enjoyable experience.
