I used Elite for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised right from the initial call until I got my fixed car back on my drive. The lady in Reception was warm, friendly and knowledgeable (and also made sure my 5 year old also felt welcome). Within an hour of dropping my car off on the day it was booked in, I'd received a call with the diagnosis and costing. The team were happy to break it down and talk us through each aspect. The work was completed same day and my car was ready for collection ahead of the expected time. On arrival to collect my car, once again the lady in Reception talked me through all the work undertaken showing me elements on each of the parts they'd removed and replaced. All in all, I experienced a very friendly, efficient and thorough service and would definitely recommend this garage to others.
Jason and the team were really helpful and able to book my car in at short notice to deal with a brake problem, even though they already had a full workload on the day. I spoke to Christa, who runs reception and the bookings, and after explaining the problem and that we were going away for the weekend, asked if there was any chance that they could look at the car the next day, which was Friday, if this hadn’t been possible we would have needed to hire a car. She was very helpful and able to agree with Jason that they would fit it in. All required work (new brake discs, pads etc), was completed on the day. I would definitely use them for repairs in the future and highly recommend them.
I've been using Elite ever since they've opened for car repair and mot alway a friendly face at the front desk and happy to help and good price I would always recommend and use them update 29 March 2023 MOT still the same friendly staff with the quality and service standards and prices to match. 18 March 2024 MOT still the same quality and service that I've come to expect over the years of using Elite garage and I would still recommend to family and friends.
I took my car to Jason and his team this morning with a very flat punctured tyre. I was met by the lovely lady on reception with warm welcome. My car was looked at and they said they could get the new tyre in this afternoon and it would be ready at 4pm I’ve just collected it and not only was it ready and waiting, it was very reasonably priced. Would def recommend to friends and family. Thank you
