Tyres came up as a recommendation for my Porsche on the MOT. Due to them not being on the shelf I sourced a reputable company and ETB came up in Newbury. Matt was excellent and the overall service was brilliant. As a result I’ve been back again for brake discs/pads and a small interim service. Both Mat and Daryl are first class and totally trustworthy.
Darryl was amazing at the ETB Newbury branch. He went above and beyond and found the issue to my car in the end! He let me pop in on short notice to check over an engine light on my car. He even got my car washed down the road for me at no extra charge than the company asked. He genuinely does care - just a very kind and experienced man. I will be returning yearly, wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you.
Fabulous service from the team at ETB NEWBURY today. Had 4 new tyres fitted and very happy with them. I will definitely use ETB again soon to get my tracking done. My partner was with me and bought his car down there too for them to sort an issue with one of his tyres. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys.
Brilliant experience, in the end. Matt and his younger colleague, super helpful and paid attention to detail as my alignment was playing up but he got it perfect after perseverance. Real nice guys to deal with and will be returning. Already recommended too 💪🏻
