We walked round the van and he told me what was going to happen a few days after the van was picked up). I was kept up to date by the amazing customer service agents keeping me updated with how the repair was going and timeframes telling me what has been replaced and updating the completion date daily. Delivery date. I was greeted again by Steve who dropped the van off. Showed me round and I was simply blown away. Photos won’t do it justice but the attention to details is second to none. So detailed in fact the team adjusted the van clock to the correct time as i left it being the completely wrong time. I honestly couldn’t recommend DLG Auto Services Newbury enough, thank you very much!
Car collected within time frame advised. Car returned on day advised. I was very impressed with agent collecting car who was friendly, courteous and professional. I was even more impressed with my car on return not only repaired as agreed but had a full valet inside and out. Looked really good. Would recommend DLG.
Excellent service from start to finish. Whenever I phoned with a query it was dealt with by pleasant, professional employees. My car looks very good indeed and it was returned to me washed, polished and cleaned throughout. In fact it went in for MOT and service the following day, and I was complimented on it. Thank you again DLG.
We were very impressed with DLG Auto Services for fixing our car after scraping it on a metal post. The colour match was excellent and the car looked immaculate inside and out when it was returned. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and professional and I would definitely recommend their services.
