Just had a full service and they even changed the pollen filter for me without asking - now I no longer have a sneezing fit when I drive the car! Won't do unecessary work and will always inform of any advisory tasks. Nice to find a garage one can rely on.
I have been coming to One Stop Service Centre since I moved to Newbury 7 years ago - I would recommend it to everyone. The service is excellent, expert and trustworthy. You always get a friendly welcome (& a free sweet) and never get over-charged. The team go out of their way to make life easy for their customers and it it much appreciated.
If you ever stops at Newbury or the neighbouring towns and looking for a garage for car services,this is the place to stop for their exemplary services.Honest and friendly staff,I took my car for service but it had a lot of issues and they actually assessed it and offered advise on the pro and cons and let me decide on what to do with it. Peter was very helpful and not to mention they ended up not even charging me for that.They are also prompt with time and will keep you posted,cutting you all the hustle to worry about your car once they have it.I would use them again and again .
Just wanted to say how pleased I’ve been with the professionalism and the friendly service by the team at the One Stop Service Centre. Was a bit of an ordeal with some replacement parts however they persisted in tracking down the necessary parts and fitting me in to finally get it resolved at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.
I want to thank One Stop, particularly Peter and Andre, for their perseverance in diagnosing and fixing a problem with my Mondeo. They were very friendly and professional and kept me fully informed at every stage of the work. They really went out of their way to resolve what turned out to be a very complex issue. Excellent service, I have no hesitation in recommending them. A big thank you !
