They managed to squeeze me in first thing on Saturday and not only diagnose but repair the car in little over an hour. Not only were they incredibly patient, kind and respectful but also very reasonably priced. I'll definitely using them again (hopefully not too soon).
Nice guy, honest advice and a great service, reasonable prices too. Definitely worth giving ago over the 'larger' garages in the town. They've worked on both of our cars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
After car being broken down I phoned up to see if my car could be looked at. With an hour to spare before closing the problem was found and fixed within 50mins. Arsim who dealt with us was extremely polite and very helpful. Outstanding service and highly recommended!
Called them to see if they could look at my Honda Civic as it had a problem and I was told to bring it down some time after 12 midday. They found what was wrong and ordered the parts and it was ready for me to pick up the next day after work. Was really excellent service.
One of the best garages from Newbury, Arsim, is doing a great job always paying attention to customers, taking time to understand what's the problem with your car, and going over the top to make sure he is offering you a fair deal. All my cars are serviced and fixed there. 10/10
