Friendly, transparent and knowledgable, which more than justified making the near 2hr round trip on each of my visits! Short walk into Newbury town centre too if you choose to wait, with cafes and pubs that you can work from, or you can wander along the canal if it is a nice day.
Having recently purchased an Impreza wrx sti and needing some servicing, new exhaust and a niggly abs issue sorting I used Subaru 4 u. Len and his team were pleasant to deal with and helpful. I have some other bits that need looking at shortly and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Kind regards Mark

Having spent a long time looking for a clean, original WRX STI with only 2 owners & 15 stamps in the service book I then needed to find a specialist to look after it properly. Not exactly local to me but not a million miles away from me either I made a trip to Subaru 4 U to discuss my requirements & also get a feel for the place. I was greeted with friendly & knowledgeable staff who took plenty of time to discuss what I was after & the fact that there was a P1 on the lift being worked on, two more Impreza's having engine's rebuilt & a host of others in for work I knew they were serious. After I had my 100,000 mile service undertaken by them I couldn't be happier with the work. The car noticeably had much tighter steering & better throttle response & Len also took plenty of time after the job was complete to talk through everything which had been done & also point out some findings for me to keep an eye on. Also as quoted I thought the price was very reasonable for such a premium service. 5 stars as I can't give more!
Len was incredibly helpful and accomodating when I phoned up first thing in the morning before the BH weekend, with something hanging off the bottom of my Impreza (loose undertray that was dragging along the road). He fitted me in straight away that morning, and solved the issue quickly and efficiently (5 minutes work!), whilst also giving me a few useful tips as a new owner. He very graciously didn't charge me as it was a quick and easy fix, which I very much appreciated...and i'll absolutely be back to have more work done, as they clearly know their Subarus.
