I wanted to keep the van as it is probably only a quarter of its way through its useful life. With some careful thought and even more careful workmanship it looks and drives as before. This is a company that honestly has the customer's best interest at heart.
Honestly, had the best experience with Woodlands. Despite manufacturer issues they kept us informed, were brilliant with their communication, made sure we understood what was happening, when and why, and made us feel like a valued customer. I went to Woodlands because my sister recommended their customer service. In this day and age, it's a real diffentiator and they went above and beyond for us. This is probably the first review I have left, ever, prompted by exceptional service. And they did a fantastic job on the car. Thoroughly recommended, excellent business.
What a great service! A very helpful man saw my car straight away, fixed the problem, explained what he was doing and told me how to stop it happening again. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would give them 6 stars if I could!
We have used woodlands a number of times and find them really professional and cost effective. They keep to their quote and timescales and we find them pleasant and helpful to deal with.
Woodlands has been 1 of the best experiences I have ever had with a garage. Not only were they helpful, but they fully signposted me a way to getting my car fixed. I will definitely use this garage again. Rob & his team worked hard to repair my car again when I had an accident. The insurance company didn't want to pay out; but Rob helped me get the result I wanted. Very reliable & very friendly. I can not sing their praises enough.
