I phoned with a problem at 8 in the morning, they had a tow truck out within 15 minutes, and had ordered the part I needed within that time to have it delivered by 10am. Despite having no slots available they managed to fit my car in and had the motor repaired by midday! All in all an issue that had me stuck and at a loss was completed hassle free in just a few hours! Could not recommend them more, staff were all friendly and helpful too!
Fantastic experience with these guys. We had issues with our warranty company but they were very patient with trying to sort things out. We have had to pay for the works carried out (not sterling's fault in anyway) in the end but the price was very reasonable and the whole level of experience and service was top notch. Would deffinately use again
An excellent operation. Sterling helped recover the car and fitted a new alternator on the same day. I'm very grateful for their assistance, particularly at this time of year (the run up to Xmas) as I was depending on the car being available. Great service..
My car broke down and I took it to Sterling hoping they could fit me in that week and instead, they fixed it the same day! The whole team is fabulous, great customer service and great mechanics, will definitely be going back!
