Not only are the team clearly at the top of there game the customer service really is next level compared to some of the other garages I’ve used in the area. The prices are very competitive and are some of the lowest I’ve been quoted, this can sometimes be a red flag but not at this place top notch service and at prices I can’t find any cheaper it really is a win win. Biggest credit I can give to this garage and the reason I’m leaving a review is my girlfriend dropped my car off for me at neves and she said she felt so comfortable and at ease there and all the lads were so accommodating and helpful to a lady on her own. Haven’t been anywhere else since. Top garage run by a top team wish you all the best for the future fully deserved
First class honest garage that you can trust. I took my car to Neves because I needed a second opinion and a potential repair, because my MOT with Kwik-Fit recently came back with a minor defect and said I must change the shaft asap. Kwik-Fit quoted £350 but I was suspicious. Jay at Neves inspected the part and said that the part was absolutely fine, there was a bit of grease dripping from the gearbox above and it wasn't due to the faulty shaft. It kind of proof how unreliable the guys are at Kwik-Fit, so so sad. For this, I have to say that Neves has been amazing and super honest. With their friendliness, professional and reliability, this is definitely THE GARAGE that I will be bring my cars to for all my servicing and repairs.
I’m so grateful to have found Neves garage, Charlie and Jay are not only the most knowledgeable mechanics I have come across but by far the most helpful and generous. The quality of work they do for the price cannot be beaten. My car is my livelihood and whenever something has gone wrong I know I can call Neves and they will fit me in and get my car back up and running. I cannot recommend Neves enough! Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do :)
I booked an appointment to change the oil and the oil filter of my car and I had a great experience. I booked the appointment online and the done the job on time. Highly recommend!
