From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and thorough. A special shout-out to Rich, who was absolutely fantastic in communicating every step of the process. He kept me updated on the progress, explained everything clearly, and even followed up afterward to ensure everything was working perfectly. His attention to detail and dedication to customer care really stood out. The workmanship on my van was top-notch, and it looks as good as new. Chris has done a fantastic job at Blackfen Accident Repair Centre, my car front bumper was damaged from an accident, It wasn't just a straight forward bumper change needed colour matching and needs a lot more parts and wing repair properly but looks a lot better now the whole bumper had shifted over as well. Underneath plastics broken. But they have fixed it, thanks Richard and the team
Outstanding job on the dent & scratches to the passenger door/panel. Looks like new! Extremely pleased with their fast turnaround and service. Richard, Chris and Brian were all really helpful throughout and the communication was excellent. Price was reasonable, I would highly recommend.
Richard, Brian, and Chris demonstrated exceptional skill in repairing my Jaguar xk, correcting a previous botched job. The vehicle had also been affected by oxidation and rust on certain panels, prompting them to remove the glass in order to thoroughly eliminate the rust. Their pricing was highly competitive, and they maintained clear communication with me throughout the entire process.
Richard did an amazing job on my car in a very quick turn around. I felt looked after during the whole experience and I would highly recommend.
