My mum just recently bought a new car from these guys, she was looked after by a man named mark I believe, he was very nice and done his best to accommodate her needs. He gave her a new key ring from the cabinet, some fuel in the car and even patched up a mark. Not only that he gave her a courtesy call over a week later asking how she is liking the car and getting on. And the day she purchased the car the manager came over and thanked my mum personally for the purchase. Would definitely recommend
I purchased a vehicle from Toyota Sidcup last week and let me tell you, the service and hospitality was top notch. Richard looked after us during the whole process and i couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From start to finish the service was amazing and the process was smooth. Richard made sure i was satisfied with my purchase, even calling me a few days after just to ensure all was well and happy with my car. The entire team at Toyota Sidcup were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional, constantly making sure that we were comfortable, I did indeed feel valued as a customer. Without a doubt I highly recommend Toyota Sidcup if you are looking for a car, you will not be disappointed!

Tony & Jack, You're Both Stars I was in a desperate situation with a complete flat car battery stranded, my only option getting to work, was a 45mins walk to the train station as the only bus route on our road was out of service due to Thames Water roadworks. Despite being clearly overwhelmed with a heavy workload and a shortage of technicians, Tony went above and beyond to help me and agreed to accept my car for a new battery fitting. Jack the technician kindly offered to change my car battery wanting to help me out. The work was carried out quickly and I was back on the road. Tony and Jack were lifesavers and I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. I highly recommended Toyota Sidcup and their team for their excellent customer service.
First time experience of buying a car from Jemca Sidcup & it was one of the best dealerships we've been to. Mark was absolutely excellent, professional, friendly & thorough. Everyone seemed happy to be there and content to let customers mooch around viewing cars etc....no pressure. Their business approach obviously works, as we witnessed multiple purchases. Thank you Mark for making a fairly long afternoon a pleasure.
