Generally good experience. When I received a message telling me there was a video of my safety check I was pleased but on playing it the video wasn't there. I have messaged them twice but get no reply. The service was good and speedy, the workshops incredibly clean and the staff member who dealt with me (Kim Nguyen, I think) was friendly, thorough and efficient.
Pleasant, friendly staff and a nice environment. Somewhere to sit and consume the rather nice free hot drinks whilst waiting for car to be serviced.
Always had good service here, well treated, no excessive charging. A very positive experience.
