It can be quite daunting using a new garage as a woman but the customer care and works were exceptional. Ian kept me up to date and went above and beyond to fix my car and for a reasonable price. Ian has to be the best kept secret in Sidcup. My car was taken to him by the RAC for a fault they couldn’t find on the drive way. Four weeks later, i collected my car and it is back to “new” again. I can’t thank Ian enough for his perseverance and for his patience , my car is perfect once again. The fault was a really difficult fault to find (not Simple at all) and was repaired perfectly. I will definitely be going back for regular servicing in future. Thank you so much once again.
My son had his driving test at 10am we arrived in Sidcup from Canterbury at about 0915 we parked up for a coffee and that was when we realised the headlight bulb had blown. We went to Halfords they couldn’t replace it as they said they only did servicing etc. anyway searched online found R&R went there explained our situation and 1 of the mechanics came out replaced the bulb with no charge for labour or the part. Thank you R&R you saved our day.
Have been using this garage for many years now and have always had a great experience, very helpful and kind staff who offer a brilliant repair and diagnostic service at reasonable prices. I have used this garage for repairs,diagnostic,and also MOT tests and have been very pleased indeed with the service i received here and i have even recommended them to friends and family.
Excellent and friendly service. Brilliant place to get your car sorted without hassle and very honest. If there is something wrong, they will do all they can to make sure it is right. Highly recommended.
