MOT factory have fixed them both and I have not been charged main dealer prices but a fair price for the work done. This is a great garage and I will be using them again for all of my servicing and repairs.
A very good experience. I booked my MOT with the MOT Factory through the AA Smart Care Service. I had not used them before. A courteous man from the MOT Factory picked my car up at 9am and it was returned by 3pm. The service from the MOT Factory was excellent and their communication with me was clear and prompt. Thank you.
The guys here were amazing - my car died miles for home, I was towed to a garage by the AA, but because I have the AA plus parts insurance the garage didn’t want to do the work - so I was put in touch with the MOT factory. The service was amazing! I rang before having my car re-towed there, they dealt directly with the AA and my car was fixed and ready to collect just after lunchtime the next day. THANK YOU SOOO VERY MUCH!
