Due to geographics I couldn't see the car prior to purchase, but after seeing it on auto trader I knew it was the one. Simon was spot on to answer any questions. Provide information and make sure this was the one for me. I had quick delivery. (The delivery driver again was lovely and made sure I was happy) Overall the whole team gave great customer service - I would highly recommend! The car itself is great to drive. Very happy with my Mazda 2. It had fully MOT and service and knew I was getting a high quality car for a great price. Very happy. Thank you all again. 😊
Humair and the team (Sales) were excellent, made the purchasing of my new car easy, all paperwork, road tax and registration straightforward. The presentation of the car was immaculate, a proud owner as I was handed the keys and drove off. I traded-in my old car and was very happy the cost to change, a great deal. 👍 T W White and Sons have a great service department who looked after my previous car and of course will continue to do so with the new model. If you thinking of exchanging, buying a new car I would definitely recommend Humair and the team.

Recently bought my first car (used CX-3) through T W White & Sons Orpington and what a pleasure the entire process was! The initial posting on Autotrader had a fantastic video tour of the car narrated by Humair, who's passion and knowledge about the car and it's history immediately hooked me and demonstrated that this is a dealership that really cares about their cars. Booking a test drive was super easy and Seyman offered to stay beyond his hours to accommodate me as I was travelling from Essex. He was always happy to help and answer my many questions, not trying to rush me or use any forceful sales tactics. I decided to buy the car and the few small cosmetic issues I had with it from my inspection were swiftly resolved to a high standard and was ready to be collected a week later. As of this review, they don't have any drivers available to deliver the cars, and one important thing to mention is that the drive-away insurance is not valid for cars over 8 years old, so I did have to purchase my annual insurance in a bit of panic to be able to pick it up on the scheduled day. Anyhow, one week with my CX-3 and I'm absolutely in love with it, couldn't be happier, drives so smoothly, gorgeous looking and has all the tech for such a great price. All of my relevant documents also arrived swiftly in the post. Overall fantastic experience and I will be sticking with Mazda for many years to come thanks to this dealership. (Hopefully I'll own an MX-5 too one day :)
I had a very positive experience buying a car and part-exchanging at this dealership last month. Simon and Humair were great to deal with, very helpful, patient and thorough in explaining everything about the new car. They were not at all pressurising and showed a genuine interest in my requirements and motivations for the new car. Highly recommend the sales team at this dealership and I’m very pleased with my new car.
