Honest people! After being a customer for years to another garage in Sidcup, my friend recommended Sidcup Auto. I asked for an urgent appointment and the lady at the reception, Kelly, did everything she could to fit me in. I went there thinking my brakes were to be replaced. After checking, they said they don’t need to be replaced. Usually mechanics find all sorts just to add extra charges, but not them! I will be using them moving forward.
This is a really great garage, they were able to get my car in earlier than expected and gave me some great advice. As a student I was worried about costs as well as finding somewhere that would be reliable but they were extremely helpful and were also able to give me a student discount. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Called to ask them to check my oil levels on an order car. Told me come down straight away and they would take a quick look. Ez explained exactly what the problem was and how to manage it going forward. Excellent customer service.
