Joe the mechanic was very good and explained everything he tested for, and as we suspected/hoped for, it was just a flat battery (interior light left on by grandson). Very professional service - would use again and would recommend.
We were experiencing an intermittent electrical fault on our motorhome which meant that it didn't always start. We called Roadside Mobile Mechanics who booked us a visit for a diagnostic within a few days. Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed a loose battery terminal and told us he was confident that was the issue. We've used the motorhome a few times since then without a recurrence of the problem so we're confident he was right. Will definitely use this company again and would have no hesitation recommending them.
I had a problem with the drive belt and one of the pulleys... Joe came in the morning, and 30 minutes later job was done... we had a very nice conversation and the price was fantastic... I'm very very happy with the service 💪👍
Always impressed with this company. Faultless service from start to finish - honest, detailed and professional. Everything is done so quickly and efficiently and at a very competitive price. I completely trust them to do the best job. Kudos to Joe for being an absolute legend - explaining everything at every step. Thanks too to Stacey - quotes are turned round in minutes, and bookings too. I don’t even look anywhere else now when I need work done on my car. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
You simply can't fault this business. Communication is top notch from start to finish, pricing excellent and the care and consideration taken with my car is unquestionable. Most convenient service on here .
