They had a look and said they could fit it the same day or by early next day. The car was ready first thing in the morning and I was a really happy customer. Can't thank them enough and I know where I will be going from now on for any car related bits.
Blackfen Garages have fair prices and are transparent they make it easy for me to have a service and MOT. They have serviced my car for the last four years. I would highly recommend them and I go back every year. I use my car to travel 100+ miles a week and they make sure that it’s safe and roadworthy for me to do so I thoroughly recommend them.
Took my wife’s car for unplanned examination of an exhaust rattle. It was discovered the rear silencer had a hole in it and a 4 inch split in the piping elsewhere. To my amazement Garry rang me back in 30mins and said the parts could be sourced and the repair completed immediately. Better still a full service (that was due in a couple of months) was also completed. Superb customer service ensuring that all future MOT and servicing of all our household vehicles will be going there.
We have our brake check recently and garage went for the extra mile when I lost my wheel nut key and ensure new one fitted. Everything was so smooth! They are very organised and punctual. I previously did MOT there and other jobs. All three times are very pleasant! Highly recommended.
