As I live within 50 miles of the main garage my option was to go to them. My enquiry was dealt with very promptly and booked in with only a two week lead time. Email and text reminders were provided. I was offered hot drink and use of the customer waiting area. On asking for nearest place to get something to eat as it was 8am. I was recommended the coffee roasters across the street. Fantastic I was called to say work was complete and car ready to collect. Invoice and end of warranty report emailed. Very happy with my experience.
Cleevely did a really good job on my Renault Zoe. They were the only garage around who were confident that they could diagnose and rectify any of the likely faults. They communicated well throughout, and the car was ready inside their estimated time.
Great company to use for EVs. Was well worth the 1h45 drive down to see them (their mobile service wasn't able to do what i needed). Really friendly team, very efficient in the way that they diagnosed the issues with my car and they explained everything perfectly. Would definitely use again.
If only all vehicle repair garages were like Cleevely - professional, polite staff, helpful and honest. Despite the distance, worth driving to for servicing my Tesla.
