On holiday and towing a caravan with Volvo XC60. Just turned up and they had a look immediately and saw why I had the warning on the dash that the battery was not charging…… BrokenSnapped Belt. Ordered new belt and fitted while we went into Cheltenham on a bus. Only there for 45 minutes when they phoned and said all done. What amazing friendly and knowledgeable service so so reasonable and fair price. Would thoroughly recommend. Brilliant, thank you, you made my day!!
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Helpful friendly receptionist. They explained everything and did a good thorough job. Can highly recommend!!
I chose SC Auto because my partner recently had his MOT here and spoke really highly of the service he received. My car failed its MOT pretty epically and the staff were super helpful and gave me such great advice on repairs, prices and general knowledge. They really took the time to talk through everything with me and it was a great personalised service. I really want to get the repairs done by the garage, but being so highly rated means they are super busy and booked up. Unfortunately I've had to get some quotes for repairs from other garages, but I will for sure be coming back for my MOT retest and any future car issues :) Many Thanks
Really like this little place. The lady on the front desk/phone is really lovely, friendly and realistic. The prices are pretty good and the guys are honest. Top job done on our car twice now. Won't go anywhere else now. Highly recommend if you're looking for an honest garage!
