Nothing seemed too much trouble and explained everything along the way. If you are lucky to live in Cheltenham this is the man to go to. Highly recommend.

Robbie is excellent, I had a problem with my car and it was a big job and he fitted me in so I could do a 1000 mile round trip. They alway keep the parts they take out to show you, I've been to other garages who just charge you lots and you've no proof. Rpbbie and his father run a great garage, honest and reliable.
Reasonable labour charge compared to Merc dealer. Rob was efficient, kept me informed and was able to diagnose and repair the problem. Will be using Hansa again
Well organised all round experienced establishment, especially on older Mercedes. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.
