Sent my Polo here a few times and they dealt with it wonderfully. Unfortunately it came to its last leg and was beyond economical repair, however they were very professional and didn’t charge me to diagnose the issue.
Amazing place. Sorted me right out. I’m 24 and my car is useless but they fixed it and it was so cheap! So helpful and super kind. Cheers lads!
Incredible customer service for those who are not mechanically savvy. Best garage I have ever been to! The staff are extremely helpful and informative on all of their work. As someone who is clueless about cars they are more than pleasant to interact with and I have never felt as though they have rushed me to complete work. They are not intimidating at all which you can sometimes find in some garages and genuinely want you to get the right services not rip you off for work! I had the unfortunate issue of my window motor failing and a replacement from the Peugeot garage was looking to cost £340, after speaking to the staff they recommended I located one via eBay or online and took numerous calls from myself to make sure I obtained the correct part. In the end after much help from the garage I located a motor for £90 and it was fitted within a week of it failing. I cannot recommend this garage enough, especially to those who are not mechanical savvy!
