I recently took my car to this garage for an oil leak. They diagnosed and repaired the issue the same day. However, a few days later, another leak appeared. The garage asked me to bring the vehicle back for further inspection, providing a courtesy car while they identified and repaired the second leak at no extra cost. Just before Christmas, I had an issue with my car battery, which they identified and replaced even as they were about to close for the holidays. I have used this garage before and will continue to do so. Highly recommend their services.
I broke down in Cheltenham, called the RAC and the patrol man took me here. They were fantastic. Friendly staff. Great service. They pulled out all the stops and got me back on the road in a few hours. I was so pleased and grateful. Highly recommended.
My car was taken here by the RAC following a breakdown due to another garages faulty work. The customer service was incredible! Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and friendly and it’s the first garage I’ve been to where I’ve felt listened to about my car troubles. They were very accommodating considering my car was dropped off without being booked in and worked hard to get it back to me ASAP. My car has never driven as well as it has since they completed their works on it and will definitely be using again in future :)
What a great experience! Good communication, quick service. We will absolutely go back there next time we need something for our Renault. Thanks to everyone there!
