I then came across a few less-than-favourable reviews about colour matching issues, slow service and poor communication so I was a little apprehensive, but I had absolutely no need to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service and communication were excellent and I'm really pleased with the repairs to my car - it looks better now than it ever has done. Thank you!
Steer in Cheltenham were commissioned by my insurance company to carry out a minor repair/replacement to the front wing on my Model 3. Despite the third party insurance company ringing me up to accept liability on the evening of the incident, my insurance company have been a nightmare to deal with. The only smooth part of the process has been dealing with Steer. Right from the first phone call to the end product, they have been thoroughly professional and very helpful and the end product is faultless. I would not hesitate to use them again, and to recommend to anyone.
Excellent service and communication! Jess kept me up to date on the progress of my repairs and everyone from the nice guy who delivered the courtesy car to the estimator were lovely. Highly recommended and would definitely use again (though hoping I won’t have need to!)
From start to finish they looked after me and explained everything. Mark came out to greet me when I arrived. He spent time with me explaining exactly what would be happening and even gave some helpful advice about security. 'Andy' (I think this is the delivery drivers name, but not sure) was super nice and chatty. 'Jess', (Again, a bit of a guess) the lady in reception was friendly and helpful. As for the van, it came back looking like new. Very happy.
