I have always enjoyed a very good level of service from Lexus dealerships, which is what I would expect, given the reports in the motoring press, however, I have to say that Lexus Cheltenham is by far the most professional I have experienced. This excellent customer experience covers my interaction with Reception, Sales, Service and their drivers too. I have always been treated in the most professional way by knowledgable, friendly and polite people; they are a credit to the Lexus brand. I always feel confident that nothing has been overlooked, and the car always feels solid and capable after having its annual refresh.
As usual, the service I received at Cheltenham Lexus was excellent. Tomos was efficient, polite and helpful, keeping me well informed of work carried out and any further outstanding matters. Well deserved five star rating.
Always helpful and courteous. All the staff are welcoming. Service completed and explained carefully. It is a pleasure to visit even though I travel from Northamptonshire.
Even though I had not made an appointment dealership dealt with the issue whilst I waited, first class service and very much appreciated.
