Genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews for this garage?! Was recommended them by a friend after being scammed by another independent and a large chain garage on the Tewkesbury Road and can honestly say this garage is a local treasure. They diagnosed an issue on my previous car (Mini) for free as they could see I was stressed (when they could’ve charged a massive price), gave me advice on the next car I should buy in terms of economic running and ease of maintenance, which I followed, then delivered a thorough MOT on the new car. Am booking in for a service next week and can’t see myself going anywhere else in the future. People saying about price, I’d rather pay a little extra (it’s actually the national standard) and be assured of a thorough service, rather than a quick, cheaper option with scammers who’ve cost me best part of £2k in the long run with dodgy repairs. This is a great garage, honest people, reliable work and advice and a quality service.
I used this garage for the first time two weeks ago, after being let down and left feeling extremely disappointed by the mainstream dealership I had been going to. St Pauls Garage in Cheltenham were extremely helpful and professional, they carried out an MOT and service on my car and remedied the issues the same day. My experience with them has been extremely positive and I will most definitely be using them again. I highly recommend!
First time visiting the garage, helpful and trustworthy staff highly recommend great service and price. Will be coming back thanks very much guys.
Absolutely wonderful people. I've been travelling up from Swansea for work and my Suzuki started playing up. Despite being super busy the guys did a once over to make sure it was safe for the long journey back. Thank you
