Always friendly and helpful, never found them to add jobs on that didn't need to happen and pricing has always been reasonable. Seeing the company grow to what it is now is not surprising, would always recommend to anyone who asks.
My Nissan went in for its MOT and absolutely failed tremendously resulting in a rather expensive bill to fix it. I have two children with additional needs and I live in Lightmoor so public transportation isn’t the best. Charlotte and all the staff went above and beyond to help me have my car, and to fix the issues as cheap as they possibly could! Not only that but got the car ready in time so that my 4 children could still go on their holiday before school returned. I am beyond grateful for the service, the attentiveness and just now nice they were to me. It shows you that there is still some genuine people out there. Charlotte thank you so much for making sure that me and my younger children got home safely. Thank you
Lovely garage, not intimidating at all for woman as the place is full of them! Excellent service from the technicians and the advisors on the desk. The manager was dealing with a query when I was there and seemed to be handling it calmly and effectively, the customer seemed happy when they left. Sophie and Charlotte on reception were extremely helpful and brought a friendly/family atmosphere to the garage which is so refreshing. Would 100% recommend to anyone especially women.
The girls on the desk are extremely helpful and friendly. The mechanics do a great job and this garage will be my go to for anything car related. Also great prices and you know you aren’t getting ripped off for a service. 10/10 service with them from start to finish would recommend these to anyone!
