Customer service is outstanding, Chris really takes the stress away when your car goes into the garage (really jolly, welcoming). All in all the best garage that's trust worthy and work carried out in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend Chris and the business enough!!
So grateful to the garage, Chris is the epitome of professional and the team go above and beyond. I need to stop buying old bangers, but genuinely if you are like me and have a soft spot for old cars that need some TLC - this is an honest garage that won’t rip you off Thank you guys for your help this year
Unparalleled levels of customer service, and most importantly a trustworthy service that goes above and beyond your expectations. Highly Recommend Chris at Ultimate Vehicle Services, who sorted out my BMW 1 Series yesterday that I had reported an intense fumes of diesel on start up. Chris knew exactly what was the issue was upon closer inspection and noticed the exhaust was leaking and resulted in a minor fix to resolve the issue completely. Its safe to say, Ultimate Vehicle Services offers a cut above the rest services in providing friendly, affordable and trustworthy repairs, servicing, tyres and diagnostics for all. Highly Recommended, and will be a returning, loyal customer moving forward! Thanks again Chris for your support, and most importantly taking pride not in only your brand and the ethos your family business is set out to achieve but also providing the expertise you have to other in order to get them back out on the roads again safely.
Had an engine management light appear on my dash , got in touch with the guys , asked to bring my car down . Once it was plugged in for a diagnosis, I was asked to return the following day & the issue was resolved. Very professional & friendly service, highly recommended.
CHRIS IS THE BEST MECHANIC AROUND. I cannot recommend this guy enough! He's super honest and will not rip you off (like lots of other garages out there). I will not take my van anywhere else again. Please give this guy your business, you won't regret it! Thank you ultimate vehicle services!!!!!
