from 56 reviews on GoogleI was meant to leave a review sometime ago, but forgot the staff go out of their way to help anybody out as as my mobility is not 100% so they help to get the mobility scooter out. I took the car to another garage sometime ago for screen wash bottle. They said they can find anything can they had the car all day so I brought it to New Inns, they had it no longer than an hour and they found it a cracking bottle and a new screen wash motor needed. I also took it for a dumper fitted went out of the way to help me there as well and also for MOT and service great job and will carry on using this garage also they are local and I believe in using local firms
Great garage, nothing is ever a hassle with them and been going a few years now. They always provide a great service and quick too. When I've had my car fixed previously at other garages something else always goes wrong when I get the car back (don't know if it's a coincidence) but never had a problem once I get my car back from new inns. They don't rip you off and they're understanding.
Very friendly staff what they quoted was what they charged not all garages do that happy with the service
First time using this garage as our van needed a bit of TLC. The manager fitted us in quite quickly and has our vehicle for a few days. On collection, we were given a full brief on work done and other areas to keep a watch on giving advice but not pushy on using their facilities, so came across as very genuine and reliable. The van is driving so much better now. In summary accommodating, efficient, great customer service, friendly, reliable, trustworthy. They ticked all my boxes.
A return visit for us to this local MOT garage, as we were so pleased with the service we received from them last year. The staff were friendly & knowledgeable. It's a relaxing place to wait if you want to. No problem at all if you're on your own or with someone else. They will put the TV on for you to watch if you want it on. The waiting room/reception was clean & tidy & the price for our MOT was great, & probably the cheapest in Telford. Thank you very much to everyone
