I purchased a car from Ability approx two months ago. Great car and a great service from Mo and his team at Ability. On two separate occasions after i had experienced an unexpected electrical and mechanical fault with the car. On speaking to Mo he immediately arranged to get the car back in for investigation and repair without further cost to me. I would highly recommend the team at Ability Auto Centre , they really do know their way around an engine and provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Thanks guys 👍
These people are fabulous. My exhaust snapped off last night and I was desperate to get it replaced by 12.30 today as I need the car this afternoon. I phoned them at 5.45 yesterday, explained the situation, dropped it off at 9am, got a phone call by 10.15 to say that it was all done. Just picked up the car, and it sounds and drives fantastically well. The staff are always polite, friendly, and quote a good and reasonable price. I’ve never felt ripped off. Thank you.
