The prices originally brought me to them, but it’s the friendly service that makes me come back! The team have managed to make the experience feel as if you’ve walked into a family run business rather than an impersonal national chain! Can’t recommend enough
Very easy to book service of car and MOT.Staff were very friendly and helpful at the desk,fully felt that the work done was of the highest standards.From the drop off of my car to collection only three and a half hours,with e-mails to inform of the work being done and then completion call to myself.Great Work-Telford.
Ahead of my appointment, Halfords website helped me feel fully informed; Halfords MOT service content, price and service steps are very clear and well noted; Halfords Telford Auto center Customer Service is very polite; It's Recommended; It's just a bit lacking is the MOT duration take a long time (About 5 hours) and it cannot open to view the pictures files if on the mobile phone for the result reports (It's OK if open it on the PC) and the vehicle tyres replacement price is expensive; Improve the service to more frequently update the MOT process on the website or through messages to provided customers details notifications (e.g. Every half hour to update more detail information of MOT process on website) Don't make customers waiting all day long without knowing when the MOT results will be available.
