This was done quickly and was competitively priced. Communication was good; they kept me fully informed. Then I discovered a non safety related issue with them. This is when I found out just how good this business is. The way I was treated was exemplary. I had in mind how I would have liked my issue to be resolved, but my expectations were exceeded. It is hard to please everybody all the time, but even harder to satisfy customers with a 'complaint'. Kai did this for me without question. I would strongly recommend Trench Lock Autos and will definitely use them again. Thank you!
My son in law has been coming here for a dozen or so years and has always spoken very highly of Ky and his team. I've brought 3 cars here and my wife's car for work and MOTs for about 4 years, regularly and can't fault them. Advice is given freely and work is timely, efficient and well priced. Would not dream of going anywhere else no matter the brand or model

Used them for the first time..had them recommended..... very friendly and informative ....I will definitely use them from now on.
Excellent service, I have had yearly maintenence and MOT carried out on my van, very efficient and good rate charged. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly, explaining what work was carried out and why.
