Fantastic customer service and quickly resolved an issue that's been bugging me for a while. Ian definitely knows his stuff! Aside from that issue, he even went the extra mile to add a screw that had come loose and a bit of WD40 on a hinge while he was under the bonnet, simple things but that extra care and attention goes a long way. Would definitely recommend and return.
Excellent service, very friendly staff. (only thing I will say is I took my car for a MOT and after picking it up I noticed occasional knocking noise coming from the rear. After a couple of days the lower part of my rear coil spring 'Vauxhall Astra' snapped off. I suspect it must have atleast been cracked prior to having the test. No big deal, easy enough to fix and would have been a lot cheaper than it failing the MOT on a snapped spring) other than this, no complaints at all.
Just dropped in here with my blue Zafira to see someone called Rob about an emergency problem for which he was good enough to see me straight away. Turns out it was likely just an air lock and within 5 minutes the car was running properly again and I was back on the road. Nice bloke and I will certainly be going back for servicing and MOT just based on this experience alone. Thanks again Rob 👏
Have always used Oak Autos for my cars ever since I started driving, I can easily phone up of a morning, drop my car off and pick it up at the end of the day. The car I have has always gone in needing repair and comes out fixed. Lads are great to get on with, very approachable. Thoroughly recommend!
