On Monday I contacted Autobahn explaining the problem and the safety ramifications and Andy told me to bring the car in after lunch. Had a call later asking if it was ok to leave the car with them overnight which I did. Had a call around 9.30 Tuesday saying car was ready for collection. James was in the office when I went back and confirmed they had fitted genuine Mercedes parts. Massive thanks to James and the team at Autobahn fitting the car in at such short notice and completing the work quickly.
Took my 3 series here as had a rattling noise. The guys got it in and did a diagnostic and health check at a fair price. Explained exactly what the problem was and and quoted a fair price. Diagnosed on Friday and was in and fixed on the Monday. genuinely really impressed with the service here. When I collected my car it had even been washed. 5 star service highly recommend. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Thos is an excellent great. It does all the services BMW main dealers do only cheaper. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. A clean waiting area with free hot drinks. Would always use them for my BMW.
