The establishment is a decent place to have mot or services, featuring a parking space conveniently located at the front. The staff is polite and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Customer access to a bathroom adds to the convenience, and the availability of water facilities is a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the entrance is accessible, making it easy for all guests to enter. The pricing is very reasonable, providing great value for the services offered. However, it would be beneficial to improve the signage for parking, as clearer directions for customers to park in front would enhance the overall experience.
Staff were very friendly and understanding. After the tyres where fitted they offered to re-check the torque specs and psi on the wheels and tytes after I fitted the wheels to the car myself. Most garages wouldn't such a service. It's very much appreciated.
Prompt friendly service provided. Issue with car identified and an affordable solution offered over the phone which was gratefully accepted. Repair carried out and car ready for collection same morning. Happy customer.
Great service from these guys at Halesowen branch. Polite and efficient and I would recommend them to anyone. Couldn't fault any aspect of my experience and will always use then in future for my tyres and servicing. 100% satisfied!
MOT Friendly, professional, efficient Nice welcome, felt valued and respected - made me feel very comfortable. Travelled far just to have ATS complete my MOT, I have used branches across the country. Trust is important to me, and I can trust ATS. Halesowen provided same high standard of service as every other ATS branch I’ve used.
