They quickly identified the problem which couldn't be fixed on site, so arranged a recovery vehicle to take my vehicle and us back to Weston-super-Mare. From phoning the insurance company to arriving back in Weston, 100 miles away, was less than 4 hours! Excellent service! Thank you Kissane Jeffries Ltd. Jason the Recovery driver, sorry you had to miss watching ELF!

They towed my wrecked car and every person I’ve spoken to from this place has been so polite and helpful. Sad about my car, but they made the retrieval of my car easy and allowed me to come pick my personal items up from the car.
First time using K&J and I’ll certainly be using them again. The team at K&J are great. As an RAC approved garage I had my car dropped off there by a recovery truck after the gears seized. Clear communication and very clean operation they’re running. One of the most professional garages I’ve been to. As it’s a 1994 model car it’s not as straight forward getting parts as some of the cars. Their was a slight delay due to a faulty part provided by a supplier, K&J promptly sourced a replacement and kept me informed of the issue and went above and beyond to sort the issue. I have no doubt they handled this better than any other garage. Over all couldn’t be happier with the service Matt and the team provided.
